The Only Game In The Village? Unlucky!

Little Britain Game

Take a good look at the title of this game and enjoy it. It is, after all, marginally funny, if you have seen any of the TV series. Unfortunately for the hopeful fans, this interactive DVD game is catastrophically appalling.

It starts well, with a “mum/dad/younger sibling” friendly interface, with several Little Britain characters lining up to give you eight different start points for essentially a massively tedious button pressing session. The sound bites are rather amusing at first but rapidly descend into irritating. The games range from Emily Howard’s insane “Tranny or Fanny” picture game to Daffyd Thomas and his “Guess the Gay Quiz” – inspirationally offensive as always, for those who are not acquainted with the Little Britain level of “humour”. Even the usually amusing sporadic comments of the narrator (e .g “it’s as easy as falling off a dog” or “the time is twenty past man boobs”) didn’t improve this soul destroying gaming “experience”.

Generally, I would rather REVISE than play this game. Pretty bad, I think you will agree.
